We want every child to love their toys. If something is wrong with your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can help.

Eligible reasons

  • Manufacturing defect or damage in transit
  • Wrong item shipped versus what you ordered

How to start

Message us on WhatsApp with your order reference and photos if applicable. We'll advise whether to arrange a pickup or drop-off in Karachi.

Refunds

For COD orders, refunds (when approved) are typically settled via bank transfer or mutually agreed method after we receive and inspect the return.
