Karachi: free next-day delivery on standard orders. Same-day slots may add a rider surcharge (shown at checkout).
Outside Karachi: courier delivery via Leopards/TCS — Rs. 199 flat, typically 3–5 working days. We confirm timing on WhatsApp after your order.
Delivery times by city
- Karachi: next working day for most orders placed before evening; free on standard orders
- Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi: usually 2–4 working days by courier
- Other cities and towns: typically 3–5 working days depending on courier coverage in your area
Orders placed on Sunday or public holidays are dispatched the next working day. During sale events or heavy monsoon days, deliveries can take a day or two longer — we will keep you updated on WhatsApp.
What happens after you order
- We confirm your order and delivery address on WhatsApp or a phone call
- Your toys are checked and packed — fragile items are bubble-wrapped
- You receive the courier tracking details (for orders outside Karachi)
- The rider calls or messages before arriving; you pay cash on delivery
Same-day & scheduled
Same-day slots may incur a rider surcharge. Scheduled delivery lets you pick a window when that option is enabled at checkout. Exact timing is confirmed on WhatsApp after we receive your order.
Cash on delivery
COD means you pay the rider when your parcel arrives — no advance payment, no card needed. Please keep exact change where possible to help couriers stay on route. If you miss the rider, the courier usually re-attempts the next working day; after repeated missed attempts the parcel returns to us and we will contact you to rearrange.
Checking your parcel
We recommend opening the parcel while the rider waits where couriers allow it, or photographing any damage right away. If anything arrived damaged or incorrect, message us within 7 days — see our returns policy for the simple steps.
